This environment design was inspired by Disney's Little Mermaid. This environment was to test displacement maps, lighting using shadow color to create a deep water feel. The other part of the test was modeling different types of objects that a mermaid could grab from a sunken ship and place inside her grotto. While showing some kind of decay textures of rust or algae growing on the objects. All objects modeled into this scene were all modeled, sculpted, textured, and lit by me.
