Risky Boots

This was from a personal Inktober list for day 10. The prompt was pirate. I chose to draw Risky Boots from Shantae. With character design I’m not a fan of female designs with too much cleavage. With Risky I wanted to modify her skull top a bit. She’s a cool bad guy to fight in the games nevertheless.
